Lucy d'Almeida

I am an intuitive Wellbeing Coach who is passionate about helping others in the area of wellbeing and mental health. I offer wellbeing coaching to those who seek change in their lives, teaching them mindfulness techniques for them to become self-aware and improve connections with others.  

 

I work with corporates who invest in their employee's wellbeing, teaching mindfulness workshops and individual coaching.   My mission is to inspire leaders and individuals to invest in the wellness of themselves and their teams and reap the rewards of a happy and energised life and workforce.  I have developed a "Wellbeing template" to help others with their overall mental wellbeing and growth development in emotional intelligence.  

 

​I started my career in the corporate world in financial services, spending the first 15 years of my career working in large businesses implementing change. While working in corporate, I pursued my passion for personal growth through yoga, meditation and holistic therapies. Over the years, I have gained knowledge and a love of holistic therapies that have helped me transform my life.   

 

Over the last 18 years, I have studied and gained qualifications as a certified Holistic Life Coach, Mind-Body Practitioner, Emotional Coach Practitioner and a Meditation and Yoga Teacher.

Services

I provide Corporate Wellbeing workshops and coaching for employees to promote wellness and personal growth for the individual. This enables employees and management to become more self aware and improve their connection with others.

I am an intuitive Wellbeing Coach who works with people to bring awareness of themselves and their emotions and show how emotions are holding them back, creating limiting patterns of behaviour.

I provide 1:1 coaching and run workshops for mothers that focus on self care and self awareness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.  This could be for mothers of newborns to parents of teenagers. "Presence" is the greatest gift you can give a child.
